What it is like to camp 10 nights for an IPhone

Since making my book 'Bin There Done That' free on Apple Ibooks today it has shot up the charts in both the USA and UK!

As I'm writing this it's #3 in the free biographies charts in the USA.





It's also in the top 10 free biographies in the UK coming at #9.





It would be so happy if they could reach #1.

The book talks about lots of things including how the world of iphone apps came into my life just at the right time which culminates in my 10 night camp out for the release of the iphone 4s last year!

Writing my book about how the world of iPhone apps have transformed my life has been a very liberating, yet enjoyable experience.

Rob Shoesmith New Experiment Costs

As many of you will now know I like undertaking different crazy experiments.






I have an idea for a new experiment for late summer 2012 and last weekend I spent a little time working out the costs involved. You may be thinking "What do you mean costs? Rob Shoesmith doesn't pay for things"

There is always a cost involved in these experiments and the challenge is to use my social networking and marketing skills to NOT have to pay for it.

The cost of this experiment comes in at approximately £1650. The challenge is to obviously pull the experiment off with no monetary outlay.

It's going to be very tough but that's where you guys will hopefully come to my aid. I don't want any of your money. I will just need your help to organise things and may need to ask a few favours from you guys!

I don't want to tell you quite yet what the challenge will be until I have a finished plan in place but it will be pretty soon!
